During this phase, we outline the main features of the product and identify the problem it solves. Additionally, we select the appropriate technology and engage in discussions with stakeholders, product owners, designers, and potential users to define application goals. Brainstorming meetings involve analyzing business needs and mapping them to application logic, combining stakeholder expertise with our custom development experience and industry best practices.

The project requirements document serves as the starting point for every software development project, defining the complete scope and detailing business logic.

We act swiftly to provide you with project estimations, inviting customer representatives to participate in the process.

Upon completing the Product Development phase, you receive a quick project estimation. Using already written User Stories and design prototypes, we estimate the entire Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Each user story is assessed based on complexity and development time, typically ranging from a fraction of a day to a maximum of 5 days. Stories estimated over 5 days are broken down into simpler ones and reevaluated. At this stage, we determine whether to develop web, mobile, or both apps and choose the most suitable technology while planning human resources in collaboration with you.
